Brandace Sandoval, Assistant Principal

6th Grade

I am thrilled to continue serving Bee Cave Middle School as the the 6th grade Assistant Principal. After working as the TOSA, I’m excited to support our campus in a new way and continue learning and growing alongside the incredible educators at Bee Cave Middle School.

I graduated from Cornell College with a BA in Political Science and Psychology, earned my Master of Public Administration from Walden University, and received my Educational Leadership certificate from Lamar University. This is my 16th year in education, and throughout my career I’ve taught upper elementary math and science, middle school science, served as an At-Risk Coordinator at the high school level, and most recently worked as an Assistant Principal at Goodnight Middle School in San Marcos ISD.

My husband, Adam, is also an educator and the head wrestling coach at Lake Travis High School. We have two daughters, Layla and Myla who attend school in the district. Our family is grateful to be together in Lake Travis ISD, and I’m looking forward to a great year ahead.

Clark Fredrickson, Assistant Principal

7th Grade

I am truly excited to join the Bee Cave Middle School family as the 7th Grade Assistant Principal! I have heard nothing but wonderful things about the Bee Cave students, staff, and community, and I can’t wait to be part of such a supportive and high-achieving environment.

This year marks my 15th in education. Before moving into administration three years ago, I spent twelve years teaching middle school and high school social studies. I am also proud to say I earned my bachelor’s degree from Baylor University (Sic'em Bears) and my master’s degree from the University of Houston (Go Coogs).

Outside of school, I love spending time with my family exploring all the great things Austin has to offer. You can often find me on the golf course, enjoying time with friends and neighbors, or finding new local spots to visit with my family. I’m looking forward to a great year at Bee Cave Middle School!

8th Grade

Joining the team at Bee Cave Middle School as an assistant principal this school year is an opportunity I will meet with great enthusiasm and dedication. It has been an honor to work in the Lake Travis School District over the past school year and it has prepared me in many ways to continue student academic and social achievements as a Raider!

I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Western Michigan University to begin teaching elementary in California. Attending Azusa Pacific University resulted in achieving a Master of Arts in Education Administration. I went on to serve as a middle school Assistant Principal, Principal of a K-12 special education center and adult transition program, and I came to Austin, Texas to work as the assistant director of special programs. Joining the team at West Cypress Hills Elementary as a Teacher On Special Assignment last school year has led to joining Bee Cave Middle School.

Family is a very important part of my life. We are a family of continuous learners always ready to try a new adventure and share with each other at the dinner table our newly gained knowledge. My wife is an educator as well and we enjoy regular discussions revolving around the always changing world of education. We are proud to be a Lake Travis ISD family with our sons in attendance in the district as well.
